Ingredients

  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles, dark
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt well. Add the egg and stir until it has a bound mass.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, baking powder, both types of oat flakes and the chocolate sprinkles, and stir into the butter mixture.
  3. Shape the dough into balls the size of a small chestnut and place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 12 to 15 minutes, until they are lightly browned and a little soft.
  5. Let cool down on the baking sheet and then enjoy.
