Ingredients
- 1 can peach (s), 850 g
- 6 large chocolate kisses
- 250 g quark, 40% fat
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 g cream

- Drain the peaches and cut into small cubes. Remove the waffle bases from the chocolate kisses.
- Put the foam mixture from the chocolate kisses with the quark in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar and stir. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream. Fold in two thirds of the peach cubes as well.
- Divide the cream into four bowls or glasses and serve with the remaining peach pieces and waffle base pieces.
