Ingredients

For the muesli:

  • 100 g oatmeal, tender
  • 1 handful hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 120 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 120 ml pear juice

For the topping:

  • 1 pear (s)
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • Hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast them in a pan without fat until they start to smell. Set aside half of the hazelnuts for the topping.
  2. Put all the cereal ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fill into two jars with screw caps and leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Serve the next morning with pear wedges, pomegranate seeds and the remaining hazelnuts.
