Ingredients

  • 240 g pear (s) pomace (residue from juicin)
  • 4 teaspoons, leveled cocoa powder, (no beverage powder)
  • 1 pinch vanilla, real ground

Instructions

  1. Mix the pear pomace with the cocoa and vanilla to a homogeneous puree.
  2. The puree can be used as a sweet spread and it also tastes very good when it is stirred into (soy) yoghurt.
  3. Since the spread is made from raw pears, it should be used within 2-3 days and kept tightly closed in the refrigerator.

  5. Pomace is the residue that is left when pressing juice. This recipe uses pear marc.
