Ingredients

  • 40 g semolina, soft wheat
  • 125 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, (free amount)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, (free amount)
  • 1 teaspoon cream, nut nougat
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 5 g almond (s), chopped
  • 1 teaspoon margarine, reduced fat
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the semolina with the milk and sugar and a little cinnamon to the boil while stirring. Whisk in the nut nougat cream. In the meantime, peel and core the pear and cut into small pieces. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat, add the pear, honey and margarine and sauté briefly on a low level. Put the semolina on a plate, spread the pears on top and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. WW- 4.5P A delicious breakfast, dessert or snack for a sweet tooth
