Ingredients

  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 100 g banana (s), unpeeled, corresponded to a banana for me
  • 30 g flaxseed
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 100 g soy yourt (yourt alternative), unsweetened
  • 20 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 4 date (s), dried and pitted
  • 1 pinch (s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 40 g protein powder, hazelnut flavor

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or a tall measuring cup and puree. If it gets too dry, add a little water or plant-based milk, but not too much, the dough is quite sticky when unbaked.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, put the dough in a small baking dish 22 x 17 cm and bake for about 15 minutes. Then cut into bars.
