Ingredients

  • 750 ml milk
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g chocolate (premium cream chocolate)
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa (dark fine cocoa)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 70 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Put the cream and 500 ml of the milk in a saucepan, add the chopped chocolate and slowly bring to the boil. Separate the eggs and place the yolks in a tall container with all the other ingredients. Beat thoroughly with the blender.
  2. Pour into the boiling chocolate milk while stirring, simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cooled pudding.
