Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 2 vanilla pod (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 50 grams sugar
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 250 ml amaretto
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon / cocoa powder

- Slit the vanilla pods lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Heat the milk, sugar, vanilla pods, vanilla pulp and water in a saucepan. Roughly chop the chocolate, add and melt over medium heat and stir well. Add the amaretto and remove the vanilla pods.
- Pour the hot punch into glasses, garnish with a cherry on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
