Ingredients
- 250 g quark, 0.2% fat
- 75 ml water
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cocoa powder
- Sweetener, honey or powdered sugar
- 100 g raspberries, frozen

- Whip the quark, water, cocoa powder and sweetener with a fork to create a light cream. Fill into bowls. Briefly heat the raspberries in the microwave, spread on the quark.
- Also tastes great in winter with apple compote and cinnamon instead of cocoa.
