Ingredients

  • 250 g quark, 0.2% fat
  • 75 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cocoa powder
  • Sweetener, honey or powdered sugar
  • 100 g raspberries, frozen

Instructions

  1. Whip the quark, water, cocoa powder and sweetener with a fork to create a light cream. Fill into bowls. Briefly heat the raspberries in the microwave, spread on the quark.
  2. Also tastes great in winter with apple compote and cinnamon instead of cocoa.
