Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 80 g semolina, (soft wheat semolina)
  • 1 packet pudding, chocolate flavor
  • 5 ml sweetener, liquid
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g fruit

Instructions

  1. Bring 450 ml of milk and salt to a boil.
  2. When the milk boils, turn off the stove and add the semolina and stir well.
  3. Mix the 50ml previously removed from the milk in a bowl with the sweetener and pudding powder and immediately add to the semolina.
  4. Mix well and allow to swell, stirring occasionally.
  5. Let cool down.
  6. Separate the eggs while doing this.
  7. Stir the egg yolks until foamy and stir into the slightly cooled semolina porridge.
  8. Beat the egg white steadily and carefully fold it into the semolina.
  9. Now put the mixture in a baking dish and distribute the previously chopped fruit on it and press it in gently.
  10. (Here, any fruit can be used as you like, and depending on how you like it, it can be put under the semolina beforehand.)
  11. Bake the whole thing in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven for about 45-60 minutes.
  12. Then sprinkle with grated dark chocolate as desired, but it is not a must.
