Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 cup / s sugar
  • 250 g mararine
  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Powdered sugar or chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together (if you like, you can also add 1/2 teaspoon of cloves - I personally don`t like that). Place in a greased box or Frankfurterkranz cake pan and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees. Let the finished cake cool on a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze.
