Ingredients

  • 1 cake base (batter, bought or homemade)
  • 225 g chocolate (dark)
  • 75 g chocolate (whole milk)
  • 200 g cream
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet aroma (orange peel, alternatively the freshly grated peel orange)
  • 200 g marzipan
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Bring the cream to the boil briefly with butter, sugar, salt and orange peel. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
  3. While the chocolate mass is cooling, roll out the marzipan thinly and line the prepared sponge base with it.
  4. Now stir 50 ml of milk into the cooled chocolate mass and distribute it on the floor.
  5. Let set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then dust with cocoa powder and serve.
