Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 10 tablespoon milk
  • 10 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ sachet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500g flour

For covering:

  • 750 g minced pork, seasoned
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 small Can (s) mushrooms
  • 200 g cheese (pizza)
  • kl. Can corn
  • a lot tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Knead the quark, milk, oil, baking powder, salt and flour into a dough and roll out on a baking sheet.
  2. For the topping, peel the onions, cut into strips, sauté in a little oil until translucent and let cool. Brush the dough with plenty of tomato ketchup. Then distribute the minced meat in small pieces on the ground. Spread the steamed onions, mushrooms, possibly corn and grated pizza cheese on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 30-40 minutes.
