Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the cutlets. Fry both sides in hot oil for 8 minutes.
  2. Place the cutlets in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and keep warm in the oven.
  3. Put the cream in the pan and squeeze the garlic. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes while stirring.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the chops.
  5. Serve with rice and fresh salad.
