Ingredients

  • 4 pork chop (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 8 wild garlic leaves
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, grainy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the pork chops under cold running water for 30-60 seconds, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork chops and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Transfer to an ovenproof bowl.
  5. Chop the wild garlic leaves and cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  6. In the same skillet, deglaze over medium-high heat with the white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
  7. Reduce heat to medium. Pour in the cream and add the mozzarella cubes and wild garlic. Season to taste with the broth, salt, and pepper.
  8. Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the bowl.
  9. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes until the pork reaches 63°C (145°F) internally.
