  • 550 g sausae, chorizo or another spicy smoked sausae
  • 350 ml red wine, dry
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Put the sausage in a pan with the red wine and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for approx. 10-15 minutes, until the wine has thickened slightly.
  2. Remove the sausage from the pan and cut into slices. Stir the sausage slices back into the wine and serve immediately.
