Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s), organic, moderately hard-boiled
  • 100 g liver sausae from the lass, best quality
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, spicy
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, delicacy
  • 1 handful herbs, chopped (parsley, dill)
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the boiled eggs cool, peel and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Remove the egg yolks and finely puree with the liver sausage, mustard, mayonnaise and herbs.
  3. Season the mixture to taste and possibly stir in a little more mustard or salt and pepper.
  4. Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the half eggs with it.
