Instructions

  1. Bring the wine and tea to the boil, completely dissolve the sugar in them - then turn down the temperature and let everything simmer briefly. Add the juice of the lemons and oranges, as well as the spices (I put the spices in a spice egg, then they can be removed more easily).
  2. Let the punch cool down a bit and then add the arak. If you don`t want the pulp from the citrus fruits in the punch, you can strain the liquid now.
  3. Chill the punch for at least 2 hours.
  4. The highlight of the recipe is that the punch is really ice cold, it tastes a bit like sangria.
  5. Tips: The specified spices are only a suggestion, you can also experiment! That`s why the punch likes to taste a little different every time! The punch tastes less sweet after it has cooled down and left to steep!
  6. Arak is unfortunately now a bit difficult to get, so it is better to look for it a little earlier.
  7. Enjoy it and be careful: the punch is tasty and has it all!
