  • 300 ml red wine
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons coriander
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the plums and chop them in the food processor. Briefly toast the coriander seeds in a pan without fat and then crush them in a mortar. Mix the plums, spices and red wine well and let it steep for 1 hour. Add the preserving sugar and cook the jam for about 5 minutes, then pour it into glasses.
