Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 40 g suar, brown
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavor, in powder form
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 50 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 100 g orane peel
- 100 g cranberries, dried

- You need a nice glass with a cap, as you can see in the picture.
- Layer the ingredients one after the other as I have listed them in the glass. It is best to fill the glass with a large spoon. Always layer long at the edge so that you can see the different layers. Later you can fill the middle with enough almonds, orange peel and cranberries. Close the jar well and decorate with colored ribbon etc.
- Then you finish a letter with the following data:
- Add: 200 g quark, 8 tablespoons oil, 8 tablespoons cream

- Mix all ingredients together well and fill into muffin cups. Bake at 150 degrees convection for about 30 minutes. If necessary, brush with butter and dust with powdered sugar.
