Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 130 g suar
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled cinnamon
  • 1 small can peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the eggs and egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar, whip in a hot water bath until creamy and peel until the rose. Let cool down.
  2. Fold in 250 ml of whipped cream, cinnamon and the peaches cut into small cubes. Then fold in the remaining 250 ml of whipped cream.
  3. Put everything in a tin lined with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
