Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 medium egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 300 g blueberries, (blueberries), frozen or fresh
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, cream and cinnamon stick to the boil in a saucepan. Take off the stove and let it stand for a while.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the cornstarch and sugar, add to the milk and heat while stirring until the cream thickens.
  3. Divide the blueberries between 4 glasses. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the cream on the blueberries. Serve dusted with a little cinnamon powder.
