Cinnamon Rolls (Simple and Tasty)

Ingredients
- Flour – 530 Grams
- Dry yeast – 10 grams
- Sugar – 205 Gram (75g in the dough, 130g in the filling)
- Butter – 110 grams (60g in the dough, 50g in the filling)
- Cinnamon – 20 Grams
- Milk – 200 Milliliters
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Vanilla sugar – 15 Grams
- Yolk – 1 Piece (for greasing)
Directions
- Mix warm milk with sugar, yeast and 3 tbsp of flour. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Add eggs, melted cooled butter and stir
- Add the sifted flour and knead the dough with a spoon. Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and knead into a soft dough. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- For the filling, combine the cinnamon, sugar and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough and roll it into a 1 cm thick layer. Brush the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon filling and roll into a roll.
- Cut the roll into 1.5 cm thick circles. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and let sit for 20 minutes. Brush the buns with shaken yolk
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cover the finished buns with a towel.
