Ingredients

For the yeast dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • some flour, for dusting

For the cast:

  • 0.5 ½ pack powdered sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • some water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and dry yeast. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, water, and butter. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  3. Dust your work surface with flour and shape the dough into roughly 20 small balls.
  4. Using scissors, make 2-3 cuts on top of each roll.
  5. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  7. Mix the sugar with cinnamon powder in a small bowl. Gradually add water to create a spreadable glaze.
  8. Brush the cooled rolls with the cinnamon glaze.
