Ingredients
- 250 g yourt, Greek (10%)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- some cinnamon
- 1 orange (s)
- 4 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon almond flakes

- Mix the yogurt with cinnamon and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
- Toast the almond flakes in a pan without fat.
- Peel the orange and cut it into pieces, catching the juice that comes out. Boil the orange pieces with the juice as well as the pomegranate seeds and sugar in a saucepan or in the microwave to make compote. This takes about 3 - 4 minutes.
- First pour the compote into the glasses, then sprinkle the yoghurt and flaked almonds on top. Serve.
