Ingredients

  • 2 port. Fish fillet (s), e.g. salmon or halibut
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 6 stalks dill or lemon thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Tear off two large pieces of aluminum foil and place one fish fillet on each piece.
  2. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
  3. Top each fillet with 3 stalks of dill or lemon thyme.
  4. Slice the lemons and arrange the slices over the fish.
  5. Drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. Fold the foil over to wrap the fish into a sealed parcel, crimping the edges tightly.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  8. Place the fish parcels on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Serve.
