Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter or mararine
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 150 g yourt, firm
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 4 orange (s)
  • 4 grapefruit (s)

Instructions

  1. I bake these tartlets in tartlet molds that have a diameter of 12 cm. Of course, it also works with smaller molds.
  2. Make a kneading dough from the flour, butter, sugar and the egg and a pinch of salt. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Then knead the dough again and divide it evenly into the tartlet forms, pulling up the edge a little.
  4. Wash the lime, pat dry, peel off the peel and then squeeze it out.
  5. Mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar, eggs, lime juice and lime zest and pour the mixture into the tartlets.
  6. Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees top / bottom heat or 150 degrees convection for approx. 45 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, peel the oranges and grapefruits thickly so that the white skin is completely removed and cut out the fillets.
  8. Cover the tartlets with the grapefruit and orange fillets just before serving.
  9. Taste lukewarm best!
