Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork schnitzel (preferably lummer piece)
  • 1 kg minced, mixed
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 kg onion (s), cut into rings
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Grease the oven pan (deep drip pan) well. Then place the pork schnitzel close together and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Dress the minced meat with 2 eggs, season (as always, this time only without onions) and spread on the schnitzel. Spread the onion rings on top. Sprinkle everything with the grated Gouda cheese. At the end, pour 2 cups of sweet cream over it.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 1/2 hours (may take a little longer depending on the oven).
  4. With three different salads it is great for 10 people.
