Ingredients

  • 1 bunch dill
  • 0.25 ¼ lemon (n)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 500 g fish fillet (s), (redfish / cod etc.), frozen or fresh
  • possibly wine, white

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat).
  2. Put on a saucepan with water (1/2 liter) and add plenty of salt - briefly toss the fish into the boiling water (approx. 3-5 minutes) and then drain. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. Remove the dill from the stem and chop it into small pieces. Whisk the sour cream, creme fraiche, quartered lemon (depending on taste) and egg together - season well with salt and pepper. Can also be refined with a little white wine if you like.
  4. Then distribute the whole thing over the fish and make sure that the fish is completely covered. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes - when the fish turns lightly brown, the dish is ready.
  5. Boiled potatoes / fried potatoes also taste great.
