Ingredients

  • 500 ml whole milk, 3.5% fat
  • 125 g rice puddin
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 30 g butter
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with the rice and a pinch of salt to the boil, stirring constantly, and then cook over a low flame until the rice is soft. Stirring is important as this dish burns very easily.
  2. Melt the butter in a small pan and let it brown.
  3. Serve the finished rice pudding with sugar, cinnamon and the brown butter.
  4. We like applesauce with it.
