Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms (forest), mixed, frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 liter meat stock, or strong game stock
  • Parsley, for garnish
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and garlic and sauté in butter. Add the frozen mushrooms and stew until the water that has leaked out has boiled away. Pour in the broth or the stock, or half and half, and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
