Ingredients
- 6 vanilla pod (s)
- 100 ml alcohol, pure (pharmacy)
- 700 ml schnapps (grain or vodka) and 400 sugar solution

- Slit the vanilla pods lengthways and let them steep for 2-3 days in the pure alcohol.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and let stand for another week, then filter off and bottle.
- Vanilla liqueur is almost colorless.
