Instructions

  1. First, we prepare a baking dish and set the oven to 200 ° C. Then we take the schnitzel, season them lightly on both sides with salt and pepper and then put them in the baking dish.
  2. Now we turn to the onions, which we remove from their shell and then cut them into strips. We now distribute the onion strips evenly over the schnitzel.
  3. Now we take a saucepan, add the cream and set the hotplate on medium level. Now let`s tackle the processed cheese, remove the packaging and cut the processed cheese into equal pieces. We now add this to the cream and stir occasionally so that nothing can burn us. When the processed cheese has melted, we add a little vegetable stock and stir vigorously again.
  4. Now our sauce is ready and we pour it evenly over the schnitzel. Now we carefully distribute the minced meat over the sauce so that the minced meat covers the sauce relatively well.
  5. Now we quickly open the glass with the gypsy sauce and pour it on the minced meat. Finally, we only distribute the crème fraiche on top of the gypsy sauce. We put the whole thing in the oven for about 40 minutes. Croquettes and French fries also taste great.
