Ingredients

  • 1 can cocktail fruits
  • 5 cl brandy
  • 1 liter wine, white, not too sweet, well chilled
  • 750 ml sparkling wine, dry

Instructions

  1. Drain the cocktail fruits well and then put them in a punch bowl. Then add the brandy and let the cocktail fruits steep in it. Now pour in the white wine.
  2. Fill up with the sparkling wine just before serving.
