  • 25 g tomato ketchup

Cocktail Sauce / Dressing

Instructions

  1. Place a tall liter measure or a measuring cup on the scales and zero.
  2. Then weigh all ingredients one after the other into the liter measure. When everything is weighed in, puree with the hand blender - but not too long.
  3. The pureeing eliminates the need to whip the cream.
  4. If you prefer something hotter or more tomato, simply increase the amount of ketchup or horseradish. Instead of the cream you can also use 7% Cremefine, this saves calories. Season with salt and pepper at the end.
  5. Goes perfectly with grilled food, fish or as a salad dressing.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
