Ingredients

  • 150 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 150 g yourt
  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 g almond (s), round
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Grease a loaf pan (25 cm) and chill.
  2. Put the marzipan mixture in small pieces in a bowl and gradually stir in the yoghurt so that the mixture is as smooth as possible.
  3. Mix the flour with the almonds, desiccated coconut and baking powder. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, pour in the oil. Stir in the marzipan mixture and flour mixture and pour into the prepared mold.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45-50 minutes.
