Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut drink, alternatively oat milk
  • 0.75 ¾ cup water
  • 1 banana (s), ripe
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup oatmeal
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana, add coconut drink and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the vanilla and oat flakes, bring to the boil briefly.
  2. Turn off the stove and let it go.
  3. Garnish with desiccated coconut.
  4. Optionally, you can add polenta. This makes the mass creamy and more filling.
