Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut drink, alternatively oat milk
- 0.75 ¾ cup water
- 1 banana (s), ripe
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla
- 1 ½ cup oatmeal
- Desiccated coconut

- Mash the banana, add coconut drink and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the vanilla and oat flakes, bring to the boil briefly.
- Turn off the stove and let it go.
- Garnish with desiccated coconut.
- Optionally, you can add polenta. This makes the mass creamy and more filling.
