Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the filling:

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 500 g quark, lean
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Sieve the flour on a baking board and chop in the butter. Add all other ingredients and quickly knead together. Press half of the dough into a greased springform pan. Press the edge up a little.
  3. Filling:
  4. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the pudding powder, quark and lemon juice and stir in.
  5. Complete:
  6. Put the quark mixture on the shortcrust pastry base, sprinkle the remaining dough in small crumbs and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
