Instructions

  1. First mix the flour, margarine and sugar together in a bowl. Then add the desiccated coconut and the water in portions while stirring. Finally add a few drops of vanilla flavor and the baking powder and stir everything again.
  2. If the dough does not stick well because it is too dry, you can add a little more water, if it is too mushy, you can add a little more flour.
  3. The oven is preheated to 180 ° C circulating air. Meanwhile, small balls with a diameter of about 2 cm are formed with your hands and placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The balls should stay in the oven for about 10 minutes (until they get a nice light brown tint on top). The total amount of dough is sufficient for approx. 5 trays.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
