Coconut Blue

Ingredients

• 2 cl cream
• 2 cl coconut syrup
• 1 cl grenadine syrup
• 3 cl rum (Jamaica rum)
• 3 cl vodka
• 2 cl gin (London Dry Gin)
• 10 cl orange juice
• 2 cl lemon juice
• Ice cubes or crushed ice
• 2 cl blue curacao syrup

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients except Blue Curacao syrup in a shaker and then strain into a glass (possibly with crushed ice or ice cubes). Then carefully float with 1 to 2 cl Blue Curacao syrup (let it run gently over the back of a spoon into the glass so that the surface does not become too discolored) to get a color gradient.
