- 20 g cocoa powder
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g desiccated coconut

- Drain the mandarins well in a colander.
- Beat 225 g butter with 125 g sugar and the vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in 4 eggs one after the other. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir alternately with the milk into the butter mixture.
- Spread the batter on a baking sheet and spread the mandarins on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
- For the topping, stir together 3 eggs, 75 g sugar and sour cream.
- Mix the remaining 100 g sugar with the desiccated coconut.
- Take the cake out of the oven and spread the sour cream on it, spread the coconut mixture over it. Spread the remaining 50 g butter in flakes on the dough.
- Bake the cake for another 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
