Coconut flakes – 50 g
Sugar – 30 g
Egg (only protein) – 1 pc.
Directions
Prepare the required ingredients for making the coconut candy in the oven.
Combine coconut flakes, sugar, and egg white in a saucepan or saucepan. Vanilla extract can also be added if desired.
Place the container with coconut flakes on the stove and, stirring constantly, heat for about 7 minutes on a slightly less than medium heat. Our task is to heat the coconut mass to a hot state.
Then transfer the coconut mass to a bowl, cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours (you can leave it for up to 5 days).
Then form small balls from the coconut mass. Place the coconut flakes on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Bake the coconut candies for about 20-25 minutes.
