Ingredients

  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 220 g preservin suar 2: 1
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil in a saucepan and let simmer for about 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into glasses, close tightly and allow to cool.
  2. The cream goes perfectly with wheat rolls; it tastes like bounty on bread.
