Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 g suar, brown
- 150 grams flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 75 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon condensed milk

- Mix the butter with the egg and 125 g sugar. Mix in the flour, baking powder, 50 g coconut flakes and oat flakes and cover and cool the dough for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.
- Mix the remaining coconut flakes and 25 g sugar. Shape the dough into walnut-sized piles, brush the top with canned milk and press lightly into the coconut-sugar mixture. Sit on the sheet.
- Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes (10 minutes per oven may be enough).
- Let cool and store in an airtight jar.
