Coconut Macaroons

Very aromatic, incredibly tasty, and delicate biscuits, crispy edges, and delicately soft center.

Ingredients

  • 4 squirrels
  • 1 cup sugar
  • vanilla
  • 200 g coconut flakes
  • 100 grams of peeled toasted almonds
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • a pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Grind the almonds in a meat grinder or blender.
  2. Beat whites with sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt, add shavings and almonds, mix well, add flour, mix. Spread out with a spoon on a baking sheet covered with paper, in the form of cakes.
  3. Bake at 180 g for 20-25 minutes.
