Ingredients
- 275 g rice (lon rain rice)
- 600 ml water
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 25 g desiccated coconut

- Put rice and water in a wok. Add salt and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Cover the wok, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and loosen the rice grains with a fork - the water must have completely evaporated and the rice must be soft. Pour the coconut rice into a preheated serving bowl and sprinkle with coke flakes. Serve immediately.
