Ingredients

  • 50 g rice puddin
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 1 liter boiling water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 teaspoon xylitol (sugar substitute)

Instructions

  1. I put all the dry ingredients in a blender, pour the boiling water on and let it soak for 10 minutes. Then I turn on the blender, let it blend for a few minutes on low to medium, and then turn it all the way up for a few minutes.
  2. Then I strain everything 2 or three times through a fine sieve and throw away the sentence. At the very end I pass it all over again through a pass-cloth or a muslin diaper (everyone certainly has their own method for something to happen and to lose, I do it that way).
  3. Then I fill the finished milk into a glass bottle and taste it again. If it`s still too thick, I`ll add a little more water. Cool, put in the fridge, done.
  4. You can also make it with other rice, but I`ve only tried rice pudding so far.
  5. I like to use organic ingredients for everything.
