Ingredients

  • 750 g red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cod fillet (s) approx. 150 g each
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces, finely dice the onions. Season everything with salt, pepper and thyme and sauté for approx. 5 minutes. Drizzle the cod with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream with the milk and paprika powder.
  2. Put the pepper / onion mixture in a baking dish, put the fish on top and pour the sour cream / milk mixture over it.
  3. Then cook the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
  4. Rice or Ebly also tastes very good with it.
