Ingredients

  • 1 kg cod fillet (s)
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 3 banana (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoon curry powder, preferably madras curry
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 20 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean, sour, salt and pepper the cod fillet. Finely chop the onion and glaze in butter in the pan.
  2. Then distribute the onions in a baking dish and place the cod fillet on top of the onions. Spread the frozen peas over the cod fillet. Halve the bananas lengthways and place on top of the peas.
  3. Put the cup of cream with the cup of creme fraîche in a container and mix with 3 - 4 tablespoons of curry and one tablespoon of sugar. Spread this mixture over all the ingredients. Cook in the oven at 170 ° C (convection) on the middle rack. Serve with rice.
