- 1 cup coffee
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch (s) cardamom powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
- 20 ml crème de cacao
- Cream and chocolate chips for garnish

- Preheat the appropriate glass.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in fresh, hot coffee while stirring. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and cocoa liqueur and stir.
- Pour Café Chocolat into the glass, place a whipped cream on top of the coffee and garnish with chocolate shavings.
